Keeping kids entertained on snow days

Are any other northeast parents trapped in the house with the kids today? I’m nervous just thinking about being snowbound for the next few days! What are you all doing to keep your kids busy and entertained? I’m just waiting for the "Mom, I’m bored…" phrase to start!February 8, 2013 at 8:58 am #20812
Playing some board games now, then hopefully outside for a bit of fun in the snow before it starts coming down too hard! Then…I might give in and allow for some TV time. 🙂February 13, 2013 at 10:05 am #20813

When we can’t strap on the cross-country skis and put our toddler in a sled, we build pillow forts, play dress-up, read lots of books, bake cookies, and play hide-and -seek.
