My 2 year old has stopped sleeping. Up until about 2 weeks ago she would sleep from 8 PM-7 AM then take a 3 hour nap usually starting at 11. This has all stopped. No more naps, falling asleep for maybe a few hours each night. She was always a very good sleeper until now. Any tips on how to get her back to sleep would be great! We tried our usual routine (bath, brush teeth, pjs, book, and a cuddle). We tried laying with her plus more.
I feel like time is the only solution to that one. Keep up the same routines and eventually things should return to normal (or maybe a new normal).
