- 1 lb. carrots
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Slice carrots into 1/2-inch-wide sticks using a crinkle cutter.
- Put carrots in a bowl and mix in olive oil, dried thyme, and salt.
- Place carrots on a parchment paper-lined pan.
