Family Recipes: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi for Kids
Tired of plain old peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Change it up! Our blogger, Ruth, and her granddaughters love to make peanut butter and jelly sushi. Not only is this a delicious, easy-to-make lunch that you can whip together with things you probably already have around the kitchen, it can also make for a fun group “cooking” activity. Ruth encourages you to involve your kids in the preparation! Her own granddaughter demonstrates the sushi-making process below.
