Our Family Room bloggers are sharing their very favorite books for toddlers. Check out their book suggestions below for new books to read to your own child. Many of these might make great holiday gifts for the toddlers in your life.
Recommended Children’s Books for Toddlers
Kris-Ann, Progressive Mom: The Little Blue Truck
Mary, Organized Mom: Only One You
Kate, Rookie Mom: Anything by Eric Carle rocks for toddlers. Really engaging, visual and short enough text to keep a toddler interested. Liam now loves to “read” Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? and The Very Hungry Caterpillar himself since he has both completely memorized from reading them so frequently.
Heather: Who Said Moo
Allison: Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom. After reading the book a millions, I found a DVD version. Since Arianna was already familiar with the story, it was fun to have a song/dance to go along with it!
