#Social Parenting: Bringing Curriculum and Learning to Life for Children

At Bright Horizons, our dedicated teachers bring The World at Their Fingertips curriculum to life…figuratively and sometimes literally! The Leadership Team at Bright Horizons at Beaverton (Beaverton, OR) had some fun dressing up as the Bright Horizons curriculum for Halloween last week. Each team member chose a different curriculum component – Science Rocks, Math Counts, Toward a Better World, ArtSmart, Movement Matters, Language Works – to represent through their creative costumes. The team caused quite a splash at the center and was featured on the Bright Horizons Facebook page – much to the delight of our larger Bright Horizons online family.

The World at Their Fingertips Curriculum

Bright Horizons understands how important the early years are – it’s a time of remarkable growth when children are experiencing rapid development, learning new skills, and progressing steadily towards physical, intellectual, and social-emotional milestones. With that in mind, our curriculum, The World at Their Fingertips, provides intentional guidance and rich experiences that build upon individual strengths and talents.

Read more about our curriculum components and watch the videos below to see Rachel Robertson, Senior Director of Education & Development at Bright Horizons, explain how these learning elements inspire growth and discovery in our child care centers.
