#SocialParenting: Kindergarten Prep Classroom STEM Activity
The Kindergarten Prep classroom at Bright Horizons at the Hingham Shipyard (Hingham, MA) learned all about the effects of ramp height on speed with the help of their good friend, Ron the Armadillo! This classroom STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) activity introduced the children to the concept of friction, solving engineering problems, making predictions, working on designs, and testing and analyzing results.
